Representative Cases
- $435,000 for a gasoline company that was not fully compensated when the oil company purchasing it fraudulently misstated income
- A young couple purchased their first home and had it inspected by a national home inspection company. Multiple problems developed in the home shortly after they moved in. A consumer fraud action was filed against the company, which was ultimately heard by the Appellate Division of New Jersey. The couple received two and one half times their actual damages and reimbursement of their counsel fees.
- A taxicab company operating in the tri-county area in South Jersey as "Yellow Cab Company" became involved in litigation with a competing taxi company that sought to use the "yellow cab" name and violated a contractual agreement not to compete.
